As with many long-standing companies, masses of business data had accumulated in several disparate systems. Without a central source of information, manual processes and consolidation of data across business units had become the norm. The need to manually produce, verify, and re-check critical reporting data became time-consuming and limited visibility across business units and entities.

The NetSuite OneWorld solution implemented by DWR has brought a new level of structure and support for JSG’s global growth. The company now has segregated ERP and GL instances for each of its entities, which also provides local currency reporting. Despite this much-needed separation of entities, the business still has real-time visibility of local, regional, and headquarter operations and financials.

DWR set up a manufacturing edition with advanced procurement functionality that has streamlined the source-to-pay process and improved supplier relationships. JSG project managers have since saved significant time and enhanced customer relationships, thanks to vastly improved budgeting and job costing tools.
