Nigel was one of the founders of DWR when it commenced trading in 2004 and became the Managing Director in 2012.

An accountant by trade, the early part of his career was spent researching and developing systems that saved businesses both time and money while improving staff engagement. This led to a strong interest in technology.

Tiernan O’Connor has come from the client side.  Having used DWR as his preferred partner for 5 years, he sold that business and asked to become part of the DWR team because of the high quality of work they delivered.

A businessman with over 25 years in Sales and Marketing at all levels, he has a strong understanding of what it takes to run a company.  Having built and sold a number of businesses, he has a clear understanding of what owners expect out of cloud CRM and ERP systems.
