ISSUES PRIOR TO IMPLEMENTING NETSUITE
When Employment Innovations expanded its suite of services and experienced significant growth during 2013 they decided to implement a business platform that was as dynamic as they were. “Throughout 2013 and 2014 we secured the Asia Pacific rights for some powerful new workforce solutions and, coupled with excellent organic growth, our headcount grew significantly at the same time,” explains CFO, Rebecca Day. “We needed to create meaningful dashboards and generate accurate, relevant reports so we could monitor and assess existing business activity and also identify lead indicators to ensure continued growth.
“We needed business software that would allow us to run multiple functions yet give us a company-wide view of all activity in real time.
